Client:Three Rings, San Francisco, CA. Mission: An open office design with some division of space. The space should inspire, attract and help to keep talent. Completed in 2006. Scope: Workspaces for over 20 people, Game Room, Lounge and a Secret Room behind a bookshelf. All at half the cost of boring typical cubicles!

Scope: Interior architecture for a bar / cafe combo within the ground floor of the historic Dufwin Building in Oakland’s uptown district. We created conceptual schematic designs before the project was put on hold indefinitely.

Mission:We worked closely with the owner of this construction company to create a striking headquarters building in their home town. An old unused warehouse on the main strip was perfect for their use and aesthetic. The location in southern California called for large open spaces with tall ceilings, natural shade from the sun while letting the light inside, and airflow.

Mission: Furniture that is appropriate for a Financial Company and it's clients, but with a little more style than what you usually see. Slight Victorian elements and functionality are key.
Scope: Interior design of 4 rooms, 2 conference rooms, 2 offices.

Mission: Make a sensible and sustainable subdivision for this difficult site in San Diego.

Scope: 18 unit subdivision that meets San Diego's strict hillside home guidelines and high design standards that would be both sustainable and affordable to build.
